Really!!!

No timing???

What was the point of it all then?

Did you follow the same course as last year?
Did you not get your mates to time it?

Well the money raised still goes to charity and still got to have fun on the track so no complaints from me! Got an epic ice cream sandwich too :)

Was doing runs in the same way as last year, other head to head runs running loops against Stus integra and Jacks Foucs

Got a video of me doing a run with a passenger, just over 70s, so no doubt be about 69 running solo :cop:

Video of me doing a full run at Alford, starts at about 6s as i wanted to do a standing start, from the time on the video looks like a 69s with a passenger, not bad considering best last year was a 71.5 on my own :pedo:

Bit more weight stripped from inside, finally got the speakers/tweeters out and also removed the cigarette tray as it was rattling about and driving me mad

Broke my wrist end of last week, car's just sitting in the drive taunting me in the meantime, also means I had to pull out of the trackscotland track night on the 16th of August :picard:

Bad times Shuv, I take it it was a trials related injury? All the best anyway!

Aye speedy recovery Shuv, you'll have bled ARI of all their plaster :P

Any plans for the car once you're fully functional again or just running it as it is for a while?

Seeing as i've removed the passenger airbag and with the cage etc made sense to fit a fixie seat and harness on the passenger side too

Picked up a passenger Recaro profi-SPG (same as the drivers one) for CHEAP since it's got a rip, although have ordered a new recaro outer cover set so the seat will be mint. Oh and a brand new takata harness too :pedo:

Image

All fitted now, i'll get some better pics this week once the new cover arrives and i fit it, will eventually get a new cover and cushion set for the drivers seat so they will both be black :)
