Who would have thought that a VERY old Toyota Starlet and 2 x 100BHP Panda's would own EVERYTHING on the track (almost).

M3's, Evo's, Clios etc etc GET OUT THE WAY!!!

True FUN cars

That 'OLD' starlet is packing a fully tuned ford pinto with 48's and lsd, The boy likes to get it sideways  .

Heres adam in his scoob chasing me in the 4, as you can see and hear the car was all over the place- it was running khumho V70 medium compound track tyres, we hoped they would make good wets but they shite- was like driving on tip toes compared to the 888's some of the others were using where even though it was wet you could really lean on them, made it good fun though and like the comedy flames.

Roll on the next one- the cars are within 10bhp of each other so as you can see in the drag up the hill there was nowt in it, off the clock in the km speedo so that must be 120+MPH..

Hmm looks to be some fairly quick stuff out then, glad I didn't turn up to do my first proper trackday at Knockhill in those conditions too. Was it wet and foggy for the whole session?

I got a few photos but there crap to be honest. I'll put them up anyway. Looked good fun, one of the Civics was very lucky not to have a rear ender. If I ever get round to getting some new brakes I think I'll give it a bash again. Its about 10years since I was last round there in a car.
The Toyota was brilliant. Every corner the guy was sideways and in utter control.

Another good day out despite the feckin rain. Good fun non the less and managed to keep my record up for spining out at somepoint during the day. 888's have got to be on next time as the part worn T1R's and 500BHP rwd isn't easy in the rain. lol Nice to see everyone else joining in on the fun though. See you all there next time, hopefully in the dry.

Cheers for the photos Graeme!

I think im going to give this a go at the next one in may. Trying to persuade dad to come down in the porsche and he seems keen-ish.

Just need to get some new front pads, fluid and braided lines first.

Oh and possibly a new sump to keep in the garage should the worst happen

Wont be out to set any records or anything but should be good fun though as i really enjoyed the passenger laps in imriesan's teg!

A ten minute video from inside my Integra. Not the best session of the day but the only one caught on cam.

Did Shovel bin it at the hairpin?

Weather is a bit hit and miss at Knockhill

shovel left his braking a tad late at the hairpin and locked up resulting in him being off at the hairpin.
He also had a spin at Scotsman with me in the car but that was unfortunate. Just brushed the apex kerb and lost the back end. Seemed order of the day really.
I followed suit on my last lap with Gus in the car, clipped the apex kerb on turn one and went sideways down duffus ending up on the grass on the left

Was a good day but I think its curtains for my engine :S http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hG9A6vrf-T4 some rattling. Onwards and Upwards :|

The engine seemed to change note in the first vid (around 4.40 passing the Yellow ITR... after hitting the limter in 3rd just out of the hairpin)
